These Terms of Service govern your use of the Romanticize Collective website and purchases from Romanticize Collective LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account, billing, and shipping information.

Orders

We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping limitations, or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide any refund required.

Products and Experiences

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, packaging, contents, and presentation may vary. Past experiences are examples and do not guarantee a future membership experience.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge your payment method.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically as described at checkout and in the Subscription Terms. The selected plan determines price, commitment, billing, pause, and cancellation rights. The Subscription Terms are incorporated into these terms.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address. Shipping questions and order issues are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged orders, missing items, incorrect items, and lost shipments are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy.

Gift Purchases

Purchasers are responsible for recipient and delivery information. Gift messages must not contain unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

eGift Cards

If eGift Cards are offered, they are subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and may not be used for unauthorized resale or fraud.

Intellectual Property

The website, experience concepts, guides, writing, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Romanticize Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content, you confirm you have the right to submit it. We may use submitted content as permitted by the terms presented when you submit it and applicable law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, security interference, unauthorized access, copying protected content, or conduct that harms Romanticize Collective or others.

Third-Party Services

The site may use or link to third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

Disclaimer

We may update these terms. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes to recurring memberships will receive any notice required by law.
