Each experience is designed so one person can enjoy it on her own time. Many can also be shared with a friend, partner or family member.

Examples we have shipped include making cavatelli pasta by hand, arranging flowers, flying a kite, pressing flowers, playing tourist in your own town, pouring a candle into a thrifted vessel, and taking yourself on a solo hot date. We have designed dozens of original experiences so far.

Memberships bill on the 20th and ship the first week of the next month. Order by the 20th to get the following month's experiences.

Memberships generally arrive the first week of the following month. Best of Box and $25 experiences ship right away and arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Transit times are estimates.

Single and our $25 experiences are $5.95 ($7.95 once those items reach $60), and Best of Box is $7.95. Signature ships free in the U.S., and any U.S. order of $100+ ships free. Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout. Ordering more than one thing? You pay one shipping rate, the highest in your bag, never one per item.

On Single and monthly Signature, yes: skip online in your account before the 20th and that month's charge and shipment are skipped. Six- and twelve-month Signature plans can't be skipped or paused during the commitment; once the commitment ends, they can skip, pause or cancel before the 20th too.

Six- and twelve-month plans are commitments: you pay the discounted monthly rate on the 20th of each month for the full 6 or 12 months, and they can't be paused or canceled during that time (except where the law requires). After the commitment, the plan continues month to month at the same monthly price, billed on the 20th, and you can pause or cancel anytime before the 20th.

No. They bill monthly at the discounted rate for the length of the commitment.
