When will I get my first box?

Boxes arrive during the first week of the month. Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout. After your initial order, plans are billed monthly on the 20th and apply to future boxes.

  • Joined 1st–20th: you’ll receive the following month’s box during the first week of that month.
  • Joined 21st–end of month: you’ll receive the month after next box during the first week of that month.

Example:

  • Joined Jan 1–20 → receive the February box the first week of February.
  • Joined Jan 21–31 → receive the March box the first week of March.
  • Changes must be submitted before the 20th to affect the upcoming box.

Think of the 20th as the monthly “cutoff” for the next box.

Billing and renewals

After your initial checkout, all plans bill on the 20th for future boxes. To avoid an upcoming charge, submit changes before the 20th.

  • Monthly: Billed monthly, pause or cancel anytime before the 20th.
  • 6-Month: Billed monthly for 6 months.
    • For 6-month memberships: After the commitment ends, your membership continues month-to-month at the same rate unless you cancel before the 20th.
  • 12-Month: Billed monthly for 12 months.
    • For 12-month memberships: After the commitment ends, your membership continues month-to-month at the same rate unless you cancel before the 20th.
