SHIPPING POLICY

Romanticize Collective ships subscription boxes monthly.

ORDER CUT-OFF & BOX TIMING
• Orders placed on or before the 20th of the month apply to the following month’s box.
• Orders placed after the 20th apply to the next available box.

SHIPPING TIMELINE
Boxes typically ship at the beginning of the applicable month. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available). Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier and destination.

ADDRESS CHANGES
To ensure your box is delivered correctly, update your shipping address in your customer account before the 20th of the month.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Romanticize Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
