SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

Romanticize Collective is a subscription membership that delivers one curated box per month. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

PLANS & BILLING
We offer three membership options:
• Monthly Membership (month-to-month)
• 6-Month Membership (6-month minimum commitment)
• 12-Month Membership (12-month minimum commitment)

All plans are billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically on your signup date each month while your subscription is active.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these terms.
• Monthly memberships renew monthly until canceled.
• 6-Month and 12-Month memberships are billed monthly during the commitment period. After the initial 6- or 12-month term, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel before renewal.

CANCELLATIONS
• Monthly Membership: You may cancel at any time.
• 6-Month and 12-Month Memberships: You may cancel only after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming box, cancellations must be submitted before the 20th of the month.

PAUSING
Eligible subscriptions may be paused through your customer account. When a subscription is paused, billing and shipments are temporarily suspended until you resume.

BOX TIMING (ORDER CUT-OFF)
Orders placed on or before the 20th of the month apply to the following month’s box. Orders placed after the 20th apply to the next available box.

NO REFUNDS
All payments are non-refundable once processed, including membership charges and renewal charges.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
