Welcome to Romanticize Collective LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our subscription boxes.

2. Orders & Subscriptions
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, until you cancel (where permitted).

Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless cancelled.

Monthly Plan Changes (Pause/Cancellation)
For Monthly memberships, you may pause or cancel after your initial payment by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings.

6-Month and 12-Month Memberships (No Pauses During Term)
6-Month and 12-Month memberships are commitment plans and are not eligible for pausing during the commitment term. Cancellation is available after the commitment term as described in your account portal and checkout terms.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to supply chain, shipping carriers, or other factors.
Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final. If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or credit.

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
You agree to keep your payment method current. Failed payments may result in suspension of service.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (logos, images, copy) is owned by Romanticize Collective LLC. You may not use without permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
