Best of Box & $25 experiences. Ship right away, never tied to the monthly membership schedule. Holiday: order Best of Box or a $25 experience by Thu, Dec 10 for Christmas delivery (U.S.). Running late? An eGift card arrives instantly and never expires.
Can I pause or cancel?
Single Experience & Monthly Signature Memberships. Pause or cancel anytime before the 20th.
6-Month & Annual Signature Memberships. These plans are offered at a discounted monthly rate in exchange for a 6- or 12-month commitment. After your initial term is complete, you can pause or cancel anytime before the 20th.
Best of Box. No subscription, no commitment. It’s a one-time purchase.
How does shipping work?
Signature. Free U.S. shipping on every monthly delivery.
Single & $25 experiences. $5.95, or $7.95 once they reach $60.
Best of Box. $7.95, or free when your order is $100+ (like a Best of Box alongside a Signature).
More than one thing? You pay one shipping rate, never two.

That's the Good Time Guarantee. Memberships: not feeling one of your experiences? Tell us and we'll send you a different one free with your next delivery. One free swap per member. How much time do I need for an experience?
Most experiences take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours and are designed to fit into the life you’re already living. Open yours when you want to make a little space for something new, whether that’s a quiet weeknight, a slow Sunday, or an average Tuesday that could use a little more magic.
Will I need anything that isn’t included?
Sometimes, depending on the experience. We send the thoughtfully chosen items that help bring each experience to life, but occasionally you’ll need a few everyday things from home or simple ingredients.
