All plans bill monthly on the 20th. The monthly plan can pause or cancel before the 20th. Six- and twelve-month plans are commitments, then continue month to month and can be paused or canceled.

What comes with each experience?
An experience guide designed by Aly and the items to bring it to life. Depending on the experience, you may also find a quote card, playlist, recipe, stickers or prompts.
How long does an experience take?
Most take 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. Open it whenever you like.
When will my first experience arrive?
Order by the 20th to get next month's experiences. They arrive the first week of the month. Orders after the 20th start the month after.
When am I charged?
Your first payment is today. After that, memberships bill monthly on the 20th.
Can I pause or cancel?
The monthly plan can pause or cancel anytime before the 20th. Six- and twelve-month plans are commitments billed monthly, then continue month to month and can be paused or canceled.
Do all four arrive at once?
Yes. All four arrive together the first week of the month, each wrapped separately, so you can open one a week or whenever you like.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add their address at checkout. You manage the membership and billing. For a one-time gift, Best of Box or an eGift card is the sweetest fit.
What if I'm not feeling one of the experiences?
That's the Good Time Guarantee. Not feeling one of your experiences? Tell us and we'll send you a different one free with your next delivery. One free swap per member. Just email hello@romanticizecollective.com.
