REFUND POLICY
Because Romanticize Collective boxes are curated and prepared on a monthly schedule, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
• Subscription payments (monthly charges, commitment plan charges, renewals)
• Shipping fees (if applicable)
• Boxes that have already been processed or shipped
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your box arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@romanticizecollective.com with your order number and photos. If confirmed, we will work with you on a replacement or other resolution, depending on availability.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Canceling your subscription stops future charges only. Past charges are not refundable.
