Shipping & Delivery Policy

Romanticize Collective currently ships within the United States.

Membership Timing

Membership orders process on the 20th of each month. Join by the 20th to receive the following month’s experience. Membership deliveries generally arrive during the first week of the following month.

Shipping Rates

Single Experience Membership: $5.95 flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States.
Signature Membership: Free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Best of Box: $7.95 flat-rate shipping within the contiguous United States.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Standard transit is generally 5–10 business days after the order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking page to update.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact hello@romanticizecollective.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Delivered but Missing

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the carrier. If it remains missing, contact us with your order number so we can review the available next steps.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an address that cannot receive or forward the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact hello@romanticizecollective.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos when applicable.
