Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal Disclosure

These terms apply to Romanticize Collective memberships and supplement the Terms of Service.

Available Membership Plans

Single Experience Membership: $19.99 per month, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
Signature Monthly: $69.99 per month, plus applicable taxes. Free contiguous-U.S. shipping.
Signature Six-Month Commitment: $64.99 per month for six monthly payments, plus applicable taxes. Free contiguous-U.S. shipping.
Signature Twelve-Month Commitment: $59.99 per month for twelve monthly payments, plus applicable taxes. Free contiguous-U.S. shipping.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

Memberships are billed automatically to the payment method provided at checkout. Monthly billing processes on the 20th. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Romanticize Collective and its payment providers to charge the applicable recurring amount, shipping, and taxes until the membership is canceled as permitted by the selected plan.

Single and Signature Monthly

Single and Signature Monthly continue month to month until paused or canceled. Submit changes through the customer account portal before the next billing date to prevent the next permitted charge.

Six- and Twelve-Month Commitments

Six- and twelve-month Signature plans are commitment plans billed monthly. They are not eligible for pause or cancellation during the initial commitment except where required by law. After all required commitment payments are completed, the membership continues month to month at the applicable plan rate until paused or canceled.

Timing

Join by the 20th to receive the following month’s experience. Membership orders generally arrive during the first week of the following month.

Price Changes

If a recurring price changes, we will provide any notice required by law before the new price applies. Taxes and shipping may change based on destination or applicable requirements.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, ask you to update it, delay fulfillment, or suspend the membership until payment is resolved.

Managing a Membership

Use the customer account portal to view or manage an eligible membership. For help, email hello@romanticizecollective.com.

Cancellation Confirmation

When a cancellation is successfully completed, the customer should receive or be able to view confirmation. The developer must configure an online cancellation method that is clear, functional, and at least as easy to use as signup.
