Returns, Refunds & Order Issues Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because Romanticize Collective experiences include curated and sometimes time-sensitive components, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Membership payments, commitment-plan payments, Best of Box purchases, and eGift Card purchases are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email hello@romanticizecollective.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement item, replacement experience, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion and as required by law. This support policy does not create a general satisfaction or money-back guarantee.

Lost Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package appears lost in transit, contact us. We may ask you to complete carrier steps or confirm the delivery address before a replacement or other remedy is considered.

Delivered Shipments

A carrier scan marked delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please first check with household members, neighbors, your building or mailroom, and the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for the shipping information entered at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or inability to forward may require an additional shipping payment before reshipment.

Membership Cancellation

Canceling an eligible membership prevents future permitted renewals; it does not refund an order or payment that has already processed. Commitment plans remain subject to their initial commitment.
